In the event of visible (or audible) damage your customer must record this on the Bill of Lading and immediately file a claim with the carrier, not with AAA Imports, Inc.
In the event of damage due to packing the following form will need to be filled out completely and faxed back to our Accounts Receivable department.
At that time the decision will be made to issue a credit for damage that was the fault of the packing.
Any and all claims must be reported to AAA Imports within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Incorrect merchandise shipped due to the customers mistake must be returned with our prior authorization and within 10 days of receipt
